“It's cool. Plenty of retro entries across all systems. Plenty of doubles/copies of certain entries, too. Staff was friendly. Looks like repairs are available for consoles, but the wait time will vary (can't rush greatness). All-in-all, worth a visit if you're in the area.”

“I would have loved to rate this better, however I came all the way from Batavia, a 45 minute drive, only to find it closed. On their website, Facebook, AND their own phone message when I called, it said they were open on Sundays from 12-6pm, so why would I think otherwise? So I hopped in the car and drove! Only to find it dark and empty.”

“What has happened to this place? I've never seen a more unprofessional environment in my life. I bring in a council for repair and talk to the owner, who tells me 5 to 7 days. Day number 19 and the young kids that work in the back told me I'm looking at at least a few more weeks. I remember this place in 2004, and I never thought it would turn out like this do not come here”

“This is my second time I brought my ps5 for a HDMI repair because it wasn’t fixed right the first time. The first time took 3 weeks, the second time it’s still gettin repaired after almost 2 months. I brought my ps5 in May 12th. It’s now July 9th. Don’t know what’s goin on but when yall finally finish i need a discount or something cuz there’s no way it’s taking this long. And it should’ve been right the first time because it makes no sense my tv kept getting all these colors and lines in my screen because the HDMI port was still messed up after you guys fixed it.”
