“Rapture Games is an absolute gem! We were visiting from out of town and stopped in, and from the moment we walked through the door we were treated like old friends. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. Their selection is amazing! They have a huge collection of video games for what seemed like just about every gaming system imaginable, including some Japanese imports that were really exciting to see. They also carry Pokémon cards, gaming systems, accessories, and even offer console repair services, making it a one-stop shop for gamers. One thing that really stood out was their customer service. They kindly offered to hold a game for us while we continued shopping, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our visit even more enjoyable. The prices were more than fair—I ended up buying two games for less than the price of one brand-new game! It's clear they care about offering great value as well as a great experience. I absolutely love this store and will definitely be ordering from them in the future. “Hands down one of the best gaming stores I’ve ever been to. They have some of the friendliest, most welcoming staff you could ever ask for genuinely kind, passionate people who clearly love what they do and the community they’ve built. This is, in my opinion, the definitive HeroClix shop. If you’re into HeroClix, this is the place to be for both product and events. On top of that, they specialize in just about everything nerd related: retro and modern video games, toys, trading cards (including Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Star Wars, Bandai TCG, and more), plus a great assortment of board games. I literally drive 30 minutes from High Point once a week just to hang out, enjoy the atmosphere, and support this shop and it’s 100% worth it every time. Great location, great vibes, and even the music they play in the store just adds to the experience. If there’s ever something they don’t have in stock, I’m confident they’ll do everything they can to help you find it or acquire it. They truly care about their customers.
