“Highly recommended for repair of your classic consoles. I have a museum quality piece; when I brought it in the owner said he never thought he would see one of these in his lifetime. It's a launch edition Xbox console. You had to be a Microsoft employee and responsible for Xbox launch to buy one. Total repair was $300, which was very reasonable given the work involved. Replacing failed capacitors, putting in a new battery, and fixing the DVD drive. Sourcing all the parts necessary was most impressive, we are talking about 20+ year old technology here. Throughout it all I had updates and photos as to progress, and pricing was transparent. My Xbox is fully restored, working, and will remain a showpiece of my collection. My experience was good enough I look forward to taking my ColecoVision in for repairs next.”
