“Edit : Went back for a trade night and had the absolute pleasure meeting Nick (and a few other employees) that immediately turned the tide from my first experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt completely different, welcoming, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. Nick went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt included and taken care of. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly passionate about what he does, which made the whole experience that much better. The rest of the staff matched that energy, checking in regularly and creating a laid-back environment where you could actually enjoy trading and connecting with others.Trade night itself was a great time, well run, with a solid crowd and a good mix of inventory and personalities. It honestly felt like a community, not just a transaction. I’m really glad I gave this place another shot because the improvement was night and day. If this is the standard moving forward, I’ve been back 3 times and would recommend others do the same. I recently visited Replay Sports Cards, formally known as, One Stop Sports, and unfortunately found that the rebranding has not translated into improved customer service. I initially went in with the intention of selling several cards in order to consolidate into a higher-value purchase. During the discussion, I was informed that payment could be issued electronically through multiple platforms, including Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and Apple Cash. However, negotiations quickly became unfavorable, as I was offered roughly 80% of value on premium case hits such as Kabooms and Downtowns, which I declined. Despite this, I identified another card in their display case and was able to negotiate a fair and mutually acceptable price. When it came time to complete the purchase using Venmo, I was then told that Venmo was "down." This was confusing and frustrating, given that Venmo had just been presented as a valid payment method moments earlier. The inconsistency in communication and lack of transparency made for a disappointing experience. A business should ensure that its stated payment options are reliable and consistently honored, especially atter they have been used as part of the negotiation process. Overall, while the name may have changed, the level of service has not improved. I hope management addresses these issues moving forward.”

“I play and trade pokemon only and Replay is mostly sports cards but has a decent selection of both. One of my new favorite shops for sure with how honest, helpful & friendly everyone has been the past two visits there. Nick took his time looking through my cards, noting their values for me to go over at the end with him and gave me a fair offer on my trades. 100% reccomend this spot to any sort of trading card collector/player.”

“I’m a very new collector, so this review is from that point of view. I stopped in because I needed to sell a few cards after ripping a bunch of packs. I know card shops have to make money, and I wasn’t expecting full value, but the offers I got on my $5–20 cards felt way too low. What bothered me more was that I was hoping to ask a few questions and learn something, but I didn’t really feel like anyone wanted to take the time to help. Everyone was friendly enough, but I left feeling like if you don’t have chase cards, you’re just not that important. I’m sure this is a good shop for experienced collectors with big money cards. As someone who’s just getting into the hobby, I didn’t feel very welcomed, and that’s what I’ll remember most.”

“I had a very disappointing experience at Replay Card Sports in Charlotte and will not be returning. I came in looking to sell and review some Pokémon and sports cards, but the customer service was extremely poor. The employee assisting me, Jared, appeared more interested in watching a TV show than engaging with a customer. Throughout the interaction, I felt ignored, disrespected, and as though my business was an inconvenience. What stood out most was the lack of professionalism. When reviewing my cards, there was very little effort to explain values, discuss the market, or provide helpful insight. As someone who has spent a lot of time in the hobby, I also found the level of knowledge regarding both Pokémon and sports cards to be lacking. The store’s pricing was another major issue. Many products appeared to be significantly more expensive than what can be found at other local card shops or online retailers, making it difficult to justify purchasing anything there. I’ve also submitted cards through this business for PSA in the past and had similarly negative experiences. The overall atmosphere feels unwelcoming, and the customer interactions leave a lot to be desired. There are plenty of excellent card shops that make customers feel valued and respected. Unfortunately, Replay Card Sports was not one of them. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend this store and will be taking my business elsewhere. If you’re looking for a friendly, welcoming environment for yourself or your family, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would not recommend bringing children here, as the atmosphere and customer service did not make me feel comfortable or valued as a customer.”
