What collectors say

“I LOVED going to this place. I was overwhelmed by how much awesome stuff there was, and was pleasantly surprised with how large of a selection this place has. I've never been to a comic store before, but I would say this was the perfect first experience. This place was really calm, had dope music playing, and had awesome employees, theyresbsuper helpful and genuinely want to help you out. I was trying to find a specific comic, and I didn't know how to find it exactly, since it was my first time going there, and the cashier who was helping me checkout, went out of his way to help me find the specific comic. Even though they didn't have it, he was still an awesome guy, and really helpful. This store has an amazing selection of comics, super friendly and helpful staff, and tons of other stuff too, like MTG, DnD, boardgames, and even a few NES and SNES games under some cabinets. Rad place ”

“I tend to hop from game store to game store looking for specific cards, but this has been my go-to location for consistent customer service, great selection, and awesome staff. It's about time I left a review. When you walk in, there's a good chance you're going to be greeted. The only time they sometimes don't is when they're busy pulling cards (understandably), but even then they'll make an effort to say hello and ask if you need help. Initially, I was the type of person that didn't care if I was interacted with or not - I'm usually there just to browse and then leave, sometimes picking up a pack or a single. However, after several visits, I found myself being more open to conversation. Whether I was quiet and wanted to keep to myself or I was social and wanted to talk, the staff would respect my boundaries and let conversation be natural. Whenever I order cards, they are quick to complete the order and provide great service. For example, I went in today on my lunch break after placing an order of about 30 cards to build a deck. I mentioned I only had an hour and didn't want to rush them, so they initially asked for my contact info so they could let me know when they finished. However, a lady behind the counter said they could totally get it done in time - sort of like it was a challenge to be as accommodating as possible. They began working on the order, and in our conversation I mentioned that I was excited to play the deck even though I was missing some important cards I didn't see on their website. Tony (I think his name is) asked me to write the name of the cards down so he could check just in case they weren't posted. After a couple of minutes, he found them. I was ecstatic. Their display case is frequently updated, looks organized, and is easy to view each card unobstructed. If a box is in the way, just slide it over or ask lol. When I want to buy packs and other sealed product, they have plenty to sell, especially for newer sets. Importantly, they set a limit of how much product each person can buy so that everyone gets a chance to get some product. This includes Pokemon products which I occasionally buy for my wife, though they don't stock up as much on that as they do Magic, so you still need to have *some* urgency to get what you want. I absolutely love that they do this, especially with how rampant scalpers are now. I also attended a prerelease for Avatar here. There's plenty of table space and room to comfortably play. The people I assumed to be regulars were chill by not being too loud and having respect for other players. Their hygiene was also good which is a big deal for me. Smokers would go outside to vape instead of doing it in store. Several kids were present and seemed to be having a great time playing, though some of the players do cuss even if kids are around if that bothers you. I do wish they had more selection for card sleeves outside of Dragon Shield (though I'm biased towards Katanas), but I'm confident if you ask they could get an order placed for you. They have a good variety of board games and DND products as well, along with different video games and accessories for varying consoles/handhelds in the back. The majority of my experience is simply within the confines of Magic the Gathering, so I cannot vouch for their Pokemon, Yugioh, Lorcana, Riftbound, or comic scene, but I do not doubt they're as amazing as the service I have received for my preferred game.”
