“Very helpful with pulling and adding to my pickup order. Said I could order from the other store and have it shipped to them to save travel time. I highly recommend this location compared to the Wake Forest location. They actually cared to help and make sure my orders were correct unlike the WF store, which is apparently an issue when you're making an order in store. **Update ** David and his crew helped sort out the issues from the Wake Forest location. He diligently took the time to search for the missed cards I ordered and brought them to the Duraleigh location for pickup. We had a great conversation while updating each other on the situation. Picked up my orders today, we introduced to the other members I hadn't met yet and bought another card they had just placed into the system as well. I love this store and will continue to do business with them. Mind you, I travel nearly a hour to visit. Worth the drive.”

“The nail in the coffin was the rude employee, gentleman with long hair and glasses. Bad enough I have had products pre-ordered that still haven't come in from here but what the hell. You guys also took my preorder deposit and said I didn't pay, this is ridiculous. I've played across the country and have never been disrespected like this. You guys used to be a good store, shame you all went down hill. Thanks for holding on to my Pal World Starter set, I really appreciate not getting it even though when you called I told you I was incapable of picking it up until the weekend. Stay away from this store. Go to any other card shop, they actually give you what you paid for.”
