Always my first stop now.. the group who runs this store is excellent and makes you feel like family. To say they are fair is an understatement.. I've been recommending my friends to them the last couple weeks and they have described it the same way.. Kurts Cards 10/10.

I Googled "card shop near me" and this place popped up that I didn't know existed 5 minutes from my house. I was pleasantly surprised with my visit! It seemed like it was run by the whole family which I appreciate as I also own a local family run business in Green! It is definitely more sports oriented which I'm not interested in. But they do have a good selection of Pokemon cards and Kurt told me they're expanding to have a huge Pokemon section on the right side of the store. Everyone there was super nice and welcoming! Prices were fair and based on market price, which makes sense. I'll definitely be back to buy more Pokemon stuff and if they get One Piece booster boxes/cards I'll definitely come here for that as well! They said they offer trade ins and it sounded like they also send cards in to get graded for customers which is dope. 10/10 would come back, very happy with my visit! (:

Lots of nice things, younger kid (not sure if that's Kurt) was more than friendly and knowledgeable. A young boy came in with his father and he went above and beyond making the little dude get thr most out the money he had. Props on that!

★★

Had my brother take in our collection of approximately 10k cards, and while I know there was bulk, there was also some serious value. I've spent years working on TCG and know how to look things up and value things. We spent serious time on this collection before taking it in to have an idea of what to ask so that both they and we could make money. Kurt told my brother it was nothing but bulk and lowballed him *massively*. My fault for not going and telling him off (damn double booking appointments) - dude spent maybe 20 minutes looking through what was presented when that buy should have easily taken a *minimum* of 3-4 hours for a base quote, or requested a week to look through them for a responsible one. He literally pulled a "yeah, but I have to look through them, and it's going to take me time to make money back..." I literally could have sold it on eBay for 2-3 times what he offered. He only gives a toot about new players, and I am lamenting every actual collectible card - rookie and otherwise - we left (and the actual signed ones, but he probably didn't even see those). Buy here or don't, but I'll never recommend him. Hope you make the money on it bro, and then I hope karma does its thing.
