“In January, I was working to rebuild my physical game collection and found an original copy of Red Dead Redemption: Game of the Year Edition from a separate seller. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the original two-disc case had been replaced with a single-disc case, with one disc shipped loose in a paper sleeve. That disc was heavily scratched, and even careful handling caused an additional radial scratch. Needless to say, I was disappointed. This is where Game N Groove came in. After speaking with Max on the phone about their disc resurfacing service, I decided it was worth my time to visit the store. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, the disc was inspected, and it was taken straight to their resurfacing machine. During the process, I had a pleasant conversation with the staff—it was my first visit, and the atmosphere left a great first impression. The results speak for themselves: the scratched disc was completely revitalized. It’s reassuring to have a local shop that offers quality resurfacing at a reasonable price. Both discs are now in pristine condition, stored in a proper two-disc case, and ready to play. I didn’t have time to browse the store on this visit, but that just gives me a reason to return. If you have disc-based media that needs a little cosmetic help, I highly recommend giving Max and the team at Game N Groove a chance—you might find another treasure while you’re there.”

“Every time we go there they are always nice. Lots of different items and prices are actually pretty fair. If your looking for something they probably have it. Everyone is always very helpful too. We drive about 40ish minutes just to get there but its worth it.”
