“These guys are fantastic to deal with. I was lucky enough to catch one of the many auctions they host and I have been a fan since. Being from Canada it is not only difficult to find a lot of the items they sell but to have it shipped to me is normally very expensive and you do not know when you may see the item. I have never had any issue with the shipping charges or the condition of anything that I have bought. If there would be a time that I was not happy I know they would refund my money, exchange the item or make sure I get what I wanted as they want to make sure that their customers are always happy.”

“This business is run by an outright dishonest and unethical owner whose behavior makes it clear this operation exists to deceive customers, not serve them. We purchased a Nikola Jokic jersey through their website, nearly a $1,000 transaction, because the deal appeared legitimate. After placing the order, we received absolutely no communication: no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, no updates of any kind. For a purchase of this magnitude, that silence alone is unacceptable. After repeated calls, someone finally answered and assured us the jersey would be shipping shortly. That was a lie. Another full week passed with no shipment and no follow-up. Instead of immediately reporting the charge as fraud, we attempted to verify whether this business even existed. It does, but unfortunately, so does the owner’s pattern of deception. We learned he also owns Prime Time Frames, contacted that business, and were given his personal phone number. What followed was a series of excuses so unprofessional they bordered on absurd: blaming a “fired employee,” claiming personal errands needed to be handled before addressing the issue, and repeatedly asking for more time. Despite every red flag, we gave him the benefit of the doubt because we genuinely wanted the jersey. That was a mistake. He stalled for yet another week, then claimed the jersey we purchased had already been sold and attempted to substitute a different one. This was false. The original jersey was relisted elsewhere for nearly double the price. The truth is simple: after taking our money, he decided he wanted more and refused to honor the sale. This owner knowingly accepted payment, failed to deliver the product, lied repeatedly, and acted entirely in bad faith. This was not a misunderstanding or poor management, this was deliberate and deceptive behavior from start to finish. We are reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau. Any business run by someone this dishonest should not be trusted with a single dollar. Do not be fooled by appearances or “good deals.” Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and potential financial loss, do not give this business your money.”
