“I think the only thing that hurts this store is the location. I rarely visit a mall. Maybe 20-30 years ago I would've felt different about that. Had there been a comic shop in a mall near me I would've been thrilled. But, I just don't go to the mall that often. That being said, they have a great back issue selection. Maybe not as well priced, but a significant selection of back issues nonetheless. Very wide open space and brightly lit.”

“I am a frequent flyer in buying and selling stores like this. The employees here were nice and quick, but the offer was definitely low. I brought in a box of comics to sell, probably 125-150 of them. They offered $100 and settled on $125. I agreed because I was busy and didn’t have time to get other stores. The box I brought was a collection of silver age to early Bronze Age comics. This offer was likely 15-20% of what they will sell them for. I typically sell at Worlds Greatest Comics and they give a much better margin than that (40-50%). I will keep selling to them as they are only 15 minutes further to drive to. Edit: leaving a “customer review” and calling your customer a “weasel” in your response seems like great business practice! I don’t feel a need to defend myself, but what they said about Worlds Greatest Comics is blatantly not true.”
