I stopped in again recently just to grab a few supplies, and there’s a new guy working now. What a difference. He spent nearly two hours chatting with me about the hobby and walking me through some upcoming changes to the shop. It completely changed the experience and made the place genuinely enjoyable to be in. I probably would’ve stayed even longer if my friend hadn’t kept calling.
