Love their card ordering system and appreciate the time they take to look at cards for trade-in, regardless of whether they accept the cards or not. No business is ever perfect, but this place makes every effort for its consumers. Very nice to have a high-quality, professional card shop in my community!”

“FYI——-You are not allowed to look at cards in the cases or the loose cards behind counter. Have to buy stuff through kiosk ? Lol I’m a collector and spend easily $500 at a card shop visit. Kiosk was acting up lagging on their cards instock total PITA. told the lady , they have loose single cards behind the counter in a white box if I could just look through them while she watches she said no. These were just basic Pokémon cards like .50-$10 cards. . So how do I buy them if i can’t physically look at them if the kiosk is not working? Didn’t have my phone to scan some qr code . I’ll just stick to gem city in Fairborn and mavericks, they will allow you to physically look at cards. I won’t be back since they operate this way , crazy .”

“We had a good first experience with this store to where we came back. This time, we came on a Sunday which seemed to be a DnD day? Cool atmosphere, but we were just there for sports cards. Unfortunately, the staff working were clueless when it came to sports/sports cards value bins. We asked if there was still a bulk deal for value bins. We were told yes, but she didn't want to give us the full deal because she didn't like the price and they wouldnt be making any money.. now cards that are just sitting there (and over priced at that. $5 for what market has listed as $2? Come on) Regardless the store would have been making money. My husband and I both had our hands full and ready to spend well over $200. The manager was unprofessional as hell and sarcastic when she was corrected on her math.”

“Brought some cards in and they said it would take a few hours too check them. Grant you it was only 10 cards max. I also told them i will be buying a tcg box either way. I live far so i was just working in the area for a few hours. The bald guy takes my name and cards i told him ill be back. Waited 2 hours so i called to get a update cause im almost ready to leave back home. He tells me on the phone it takes up to 2 days to check cards??? Then says “oh wait they are actually done we’re gonna pass on all them.” How does it go from 2 days to your gonna pass. He couldn't just save my time and tell me that in store? I use to come in and spend a decent amount of money all the time but he ruined my experience and i will never come back in. P.S it has never took 24-48 hours to check 10 pokemon cards. Save your time and shop somewhere else.”
