“Overall great experience and great customer service, but i dont know who is verifying that the consoles are working because I came in and spent $700 on six 360 consoles because I was excited to get something together for my family and friends to be able to play under one roof. I went there a couple days ago brought the Xbox’s back home. I plugged them all in made sure all the controllers worked and one Xbox had no hard drive in it whatsoever and smelled like cigarette smoke which I paid for the 250 GB hard drive for all six and one came without it and the other one only had 13 GB capacity and was labeled as a 250 GB capacity. It was in fact not so I brought those two 360s in today to change them out. I got to change them out and I brought them home. I plugged them in and turned them on one of them was marked with the words, Work, which it in fact did Work turned on great HDMI cord work plugged and everything worked great with that one. I turned on the other Xbox and it has the red ring of death and is shutting off after I turn it on maybe 10 seconds. this is now going to be a multiple trip deal and I live 30 minutes away one way so I’m driving an hour each day there and back I live in Purcell so it’s a 30 minute drive for me or more depending on traffic so I am getting a little aggravated considering how I spent all that money and I’m not getting good products so I’m just curious on if we can actually get me a 360 slim 250 GB that works turns on and actually connects and the disc tray works so glad i got the warranty….. after my 3rd trip it was a success Thank you for having everything resolved and you definitely get my business from here on out. Sure sometimes it’s inconvenient to have to drive all the way up to the store, but the fact that all the workers there were willing to help get it resolved every time I got in there and they made sure that whenever I came back, I was still getting good service I appreciate everybody that has helped me get this resolved”

“Good selection of posters, good condition with cardboard and sleeve, 10 dolla no holla, lots of used pc stuff, headsets, keybs, mice, even saw a motherboard and lotsa lotsa consoles and disc's and if you're into anime or 90s or similar, you must stop in. Staff is cool.”

“Selling here was probably the silliest experience I've ever had at a game store, which says a lot honestly. I was trying to trade in a PS2 Slim and the woman who worked at the front desk was using a third party cord, and I've never seen a barrel connector that tiny since my 2007 Digital Kodak camera. They said they couldn't accept it because it wouldn't stay on. I was trying to explain how this was not at all a full sized barrel cord like what the PS2 Slim uses; However, she insisted it was the correct power cord and wouldn't bother trying a different one.”
