“Modern Games is a great spot for the community in Bend. Its wide open entrance makes it easy to get a quick sense of all they have to offer: Pokemon, Magic, hundreds of different board games, and some Warhammer/DnD paints and crafting supplies. Modern Games can be useful for a quick pick up or a quaint get away to play their selection of board games. They also host Magic and Pokemon tournaments. Pokemon wise, they have a small selection of singles, English sealed product, and Japanese booster packs. They plan on expanding their Pokemon selection to answer the new, wide-spread demand. A great place with wonderful employees.”

“I have gone here many, many times. Being a 50 year old gent, buying Pokémon, MTG cards, dice and other things can be difficult sometimes. What I mean is that at Modern Games, I don't feel out of place. I feel welcome. I appreciate the crew here. I buy enough Pokémon to where it may seem like I'm a scalper, but I'd never do that. For what it's worth... this place is really great. It is starting to scratch my DnD/Table Top itch to where I may even need to get out of my old man comfort zone and come in and play.”
