“I had such a great experience at Hookers Sports Cards. I 3D printed a Pokémon card display for a kid’s birthday gift and was looking for some cards to fill it. After stopping by several places in town that were out of stock, I finally made it to Hookers. They had somenice boxes available, but it was more than I wanted to spend for a kiddo’s present. When I explained what I was trying to do, the gentleman (owner?) helping me asked how many cards I needed — I said 30 — and he told me to give him a couple of hours. When I came back, he had put together a stack of forty cards for me. I tried to pay him for his time, but he wouldn’t take anything. He was just genuinely happy to help. His dog was super awesome too!”

“Went to this card shop looking for pokemon cards and found them at great prices. I'm not from the area but it was worth traveling to go here. The shop does occasional event nights where you can win signed jerseys and other things. The sports card selection is very big and neatly sorted by teams. Not only does he have cards, but also comic books and graphic novels. I would have to say he had the best prices in Eugene. There were some people angry that he raised his prices but that was because they were so low, he was losing money. I would say this should be your first stop when seeking cards and collectables.”

The owner is very kind and his dog is adorable :) After choosing a pack I switched it out for another and he opened the first pack in front of me, only to pull out one of the coolest cards. Even after googling the price he gave it to me for the original price of the pack!! Couldn't recommend this place more ”
