“Wonderful selection of MTG cards. The owner was enjoyable to talk to and had fun stories to share. He included a free set of card sleeves and booster packs with our purchase. He called us a little while after leaving the store(texted receipt) to let us know he was crediting us back money because he sold us a deck above market value. He didn’t have to do that. He went out of his way to make sure we were getting a fair deal. Customer service like that is hard to find these days!”

“I don't understand why anyone could leave anything less than 5 stars for this place. Sure, the shop may have been closed down in the past for 'internet issues' or what have you- we've all been there! What really matters is the quality of service provided by the owner of this establishment. My wife and I just stopped in the other day on a whim to peruse their Magic: the Gathering offerings, and we ended up grabbing one of the new Strixhaven precons and a couple booster packs. Upon checkout, the price was a bit higher than we had anticipated, which caught us off guard. Just because of the simple fact that I misread the sticker price on the box, he gave us a couple extra booster packs for free. That was my fault, not yours, sir! But thank you! After we drove away (admittedly still a little confused about why our total was higher than we anticipated), the owner called us back to inform us that the precon was tagged at the price it was a few weeks prior, and that the current market value for the precon was far cheaper. He called to let us know that he had already processed a refund for us for the difference! This is what good customer service is all about- honesty, transparency, and follow-through! He could have kept the extra $30, and we would likely have never returned. Instead, he's made a customer for life. My wife and I thank you so much, kind sir, for the great conversation we had while in your shop, and for your genuine kindness and honesty! We appreciate you very much, and will be back soon.”

Yes there are hiccups, yes it can be frustrating, but this shop gives me the most genuine feeling of connection and passion of most comic shops I have been to. They have a little bit of everything from a giant selection of comics, to funkos, cards, and memorabilia. It was VERY clean.
