“Went to a tournament here and it was a terrible experience. I don't recommend it. The venue was too small for the size of the tournament, and they overcharged for the prize support. The worst part was that one of the players I rode with went 5–2. Somehow, he finished 17th and got hardly anything. The Top 16 got loaded up. He asked the store about it, and their answer was basically, “Oh well.” If you want to ruin your reputation and crush a player, this is a good way to do it. I honestly don't understand why store owners think a few extra dollars in product is worth possibly losing players and certainly getting loads of bad publicity.”

“DO NOT PLAY HERE. They will kick you out of tournaments for doing nothing wrong if they don't like you. They threatened to trespass me and banned me from the store because I was not welcome at a store 100 miles away. They stopped play as I was about to win and told me I was being banned. What a joke store. How they have 4.6 stars is beyond me. They have so many 1 star reviews and now I see why.”
