“Such an awesome card shop! Recently stopped in here for the first time. Wasn't sure what to expect looking online and their website.. was blown away when I walked in! The shop is bigger than anticipated. They have every type of sports cards, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, pop culture, and more. Huge selection! They also carry a lot of different sports merch too. They have tables full of individual cards to look through. Sorted by sport and team which makes it easy to find what you're looking for. They also have a decent amount of higher end/graded cards in their display cases. The staff was great, very helpful. This is a great place for the long time collector or someone new to the hobby. Prices were fair as well. Great shop!”

“I’ve gone here a few times for Pokemon and the staff is friendly and they have a nice selection of products. It is a nice store, but I just don’t find myself wanting to go back when they charge market price (not MSRP) for their products, especially when I believe they get their product directly from Pokemon company at wholesale price (i’m thinking this because they have early release products sometimes). Now, I understand that things would sell out quicker at MSRP, but I think a buy limit is the solution. Even if they still sell out quicker, I would just rather not go to a card shop to pay market price, when other card shops and retail do sell at MSRP. Sports cards may be a different experience, and I recommend checking out the store still, but just be aware of the pricing.”

“I’ve given this shop multiple chances and have spent north of $300 here over time, so this isn’t a one time impression. Most recently, I stopped in during their rip event hoping to trade or sell a higher end card so I could participate. I brought in a card valued north of $1,000 and asked for a professional opinion. The initial comp used was an eBay sale of an ungraded, unnumbered version of the card, which was not comparable to what I had. I had to point out the difference myself. After that, I was told by the owner that he was too busy to review the additional cards I brought for trade or sale. I came prepared to work out a deal and was fully willing to use cash if necessary so my girlfriend and I could participate. Instead, we left feeling that serious customers were not a priority. During the event, the majority of attention appeared to be directed toward younger participants opening packs, while collectors bringing higher end inventory received minimal engagement. While I understand events can attract a younger crowd, customer service and evaluation standards should remain consistent for all customers, especially those prepared to transact. For comparison, I recently spent over an hour at another shop in the area where the staff took time to explain comps clearly, answer questions, and treat the interaction professionally. The difference in customer service and overall experience was noticeable. If this shop considers using non comparable sales, declining to review higher end inventory during events, and limiting engagement with serious collectors to be standard practice, that may explain the experience. Otherwise, I would be interested in understanding how evaluation standards and customer service are handled moving forward. As it stands, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere but we do appreciate the opportunity for a not so pleasant but informative experience that not all “Sports Cards Shops” are what they say they are. ✌️ ❤️ 🙏”
