I like going to Owl Central to pick out cards for my Pokémon collection, and every time I'm greeted by kind and helpful staff members. I really appreciate the kiosks that let you search for specific singles or products. It makes the visit smooth and has helped me spend more time browsing and less time digging for my chase cards! “Owl Central is a great local game store, the staff are all super friendly. I love bringing my kids in so they can see what a positive place local game stores can be. A great selection of TCG including but not limited to Magic, Pokémon, Riftbound, and Lorcana. They run a lot of events, and have ample space to do so, be it Magic, Riftbound, or Dungeons and Dragons. They also have a great collection of TTRPGs and board games. Varying from quick kids games, co-op games, classics, to long strategic games (I’m looking at you Twilight Imperium) to fill out your board game night. Speaking of board games, they have a library of games in the back area with a few tables, and sofas. I love bringing the kids and sitting down for a game they pick. I always feel welcome here, and I would encourage anyone looking for a great local game store to check out Owl Central.”

“i want to spend my money here, i want to support the local business but you guys are making it impossible to do it, - if im going to spend hundreds if not thousands on a purchase, i shouldnt have to do the work + i dont have time to spend 45 minutes to an hour to search with your terrirble search engine on my knees to see if you have the card + i try to spend the time when i have it to use your online search engine at home to be told that if i want to use a discount i have redo onsite + im sure this is fine for one or two cards but im not coming down for one card ive got a deck list and i want to give you guys the money before i go to card kingdom, but i have to spend my own time and energy to get the cards from you guys ill do the two clicks to spend it online, It shouldnt be this hard to give you money for singles please do something to update the process or atleast allow me to drop a list off, with set and name and come back or something. otherwise i cant support spending hours in a store to build the list i already have again to then be able to give you money”
