“Been coming here for local play in Yu-gi-oh! for a hot minute now. Honestly, can't complain. Whenever I got a problem, the problem is typically me being salty or being late to stuff. Chill store, chill atmosphere, got its goofy moments, the players are alright. The prizing tends to be lower for Yu-gi-oh but in turn you're really here to play and people get a fair chance. Sealed prices are a slight markup from retail from what I noticed. Havent felt really stiffed on singles. Its not a bad place. Can't complain.”

“What an amazing Spot !! Happened to be in the area, and was walking around the mall when I came across Cloud City. Fantastic Store with almost everything. Great selection of back catalogs as well as some rare stuff not to mention everything else. There are gaming tables set up in the back of the store. The pictures will tell you everything. They have been open for about one year now. So glad i found some goodies, and can't wait to go back and browse!! :)”

“I don't usually write bad reviews, but I feel like people should know my recent experience. Yesterday, I went to the mall and brought my Pokemon trade binder being told there was a card shop. Off the bat, not much a selection of singles only a little less than scalper price sealed product. I was told they offer trading, so I waited while the guy gave me an estimate of my cards. I had some IRs about $15 each and a trainer SIR. I also had some full arts and trainers cards, but they were only a couple dollars each. Not the best stuff but was expecting to do little trades. I was not told about their trade percentage and I don't know what they use to look up market price, but somehow all the cards I brought only got me a $30 card?? I will admit I should've looked better at what he was valuing them at, but I want people to know that if they're trading cards to look elsewhere especially if you're just starting out. EDIT: I've emailed them and dealt with the issue regarding my cards. They were very respectful and responsive.”

“My girlfriend and I walked into the store and it looked pretty nice. We each bought a Pokemon TCG Lumiose City mini tin because we hadn’t been able to find them anywhere. When we opened them up, they were clearly resealed, and one of her packs had the rare card completely missing. Looked promising, but it’s a complete scam.”
