I pulled up at 8:50 and watch the guys working there leave the shop and lock up without saying a thing to me. If you aren’t open until 10pm please change your hours. Would have saved me the drive.”

“I was planning on attending a scheduled event at 12 PM on Sunday. I arrived early to look at some singles around 11:30 AM because the stores hours say they open at 11. The store was closed when I arrived and did not open at any point afterwards. It is deeply unprofessional to have all of your public hours say you are open, have no statement saying you will be closed on social media, and schedule an event for a day you will be away for a convention. It is possible that there was a statement in their discord but the link to that on their Facebook is also outdated. Several other people arrived before and after me and were confused as to what was going on until eventually someone messaged the store on Facebook and were notified that they are at a convention in hartford and not at their store. Learn to update your store for potential customers not just the ones who are in the know.”

“I bought several cards from their store online, and the experience was disappointing. A number of the cards were not in great shape, but 7 of them were bad enough that I contacted the seller because they were listed as Near Mint and absolutely did not arrive that way. Those 7 cards had condition issues that looked more like MP, HP, and even damaged cards instead of NM. They were obvious condition problems that should have been caught before the cards were ever shipped out. After I contacted them, they asked me to take photos of the damaged cards, which I did. I also later learned their request is against TCGPlayer policy. Then after I went through the trouble of photographing the cards, they tried to say only 1 out of the 7 cards had a condition issue. That is ridiculous. Why am I doing condition checks and taking damage photos for their business when they are the ones listing and selling the cards as Near Mint? Buyers should be able to trust that cards listed as Near Mint are actually Near Mint. Instead, I had to waste my time documenting obvious issues that should have been caught before shipping. Very frustrating experience, and I would not trust their online condition grading.”
