“I’ve recently started going to Borderlands and I’m still feeling it out, but so far it’s become my go-to spot for Riftbound accessories and games. The store is large, spacious, and well organized, with a great selection and plenty of room for events or casual play. The few times I’ve been, the staff vibe has varied — sometimes they’re energetic and friendly, other times a bit quieter or tired — but I chalk that up to everyone having good and bad days. Overall, I’ve had good experiences here. Prices are fair for a retail store, and it's a great community resource. Definitely worth checking out if you’re into everything from board games, tabletop or TCGs in the area.”

“This place is huge! What a great selection of all things comics, manga, Funko, Warhammer,MTG, toys, collectibles, I could keep going but I think you get the point. The store’s appearance is just awesome. I took my son here and he was blown away. Very impressive setup and inventory. But why 3 stars then? Well that’s the customer service. I’ve been here several times now and not once have I ever been greeted or even remotely acknowledged. Not even at the register, outside of the obvious communication that needs to take place during a transaction. Look, I’m a big proponent of customer service. In a world where you can find anything online, and usually cheaper, the one thing that can give you a competitive edge is customer service. I’ve been there in the middle of the week when there was only a handful of people and on the weekend when it was packed, always the same service from the staff. Granted I wasn’t at the counter looking at Pokémon cards. I’m more of a comic and manga guy. But just a simple hello when you walk in, or just some casual BS when checking out at the register would have made all the difference. I’m not looking for a red carpet treatment. Just being acknowledged as a customer is more than enough.”
