“I went in and saw K-pop Demon Hunters merch and blind boxes of the characters. There were no samples of the blind boxes but I assumed they would look like what was advertised on the box. This was a mistake as they did not look anything like what was advertised on the box. The craftsmanship is also subpar. I can’t believe I paid money for this slop. Otherwise, the store itself was fine and the service was as expected.”

“I am looking for an RMS brand dumpling and this store has a sign out front showing a picture of them. They do not carry the RMS brand. I asked an employee and they didn't know how to answer me, but eventually said that they don't carry that brand. It was at that time that I saw the sign out front and pointed it out to another employee and asked if they had them. She refused to speak for some reason and only looked to her coworkers for what to say. Eventually my wife interjected to suggest that they're using the sign to draw in customers, even if they don't have the product. The employees still refused to say anything, playing coy. I then said "So basically false advertising" and still they refused to speak. The store is lying with their signs and advertising in order to scam their customers who don't know any better, since the imitation products are known to be poor in quality and even dangerous. AVOID.”

“The service in this store is terrible! If your of color you will be treated as if your trying to to Steal, my daughter just got there and started picking what she wanted and he made her return it like she was going to steal!!One girl Was looking at something that was already opened and the manager forced her to buy it untill another worker came and assured him It was already opened! He is also not nice to the employees at all!! So sad its our favorite store! The lady in the hijab and the other with colored hair have always been amazing though!”

“needohs are fake . they smell like straight chemicals and dont feel like a real one. they sell them in real needoh boxes though i have no idea how they get away with this. STAY AWAY!”
