“This is a very cool comic and book store in Rapid City. If you are into comics it's well worth the stop. Maybe I lucked out because I was there near Halloween and my general interest are more mainstream during the season, or maybe this is just the kind of material they generally carry, but I was able up find more interesting comics and books then probably any other book store I've been to in recent years.”

“i was up there last summer. The store was still there. its been around for a while. i played my first DnD game there 20 years ago. I recognized the owner. he didnt recognize me, which is understandable. However as the rain set in he was happy to have us stay in his store til it blew over. Even gave my 9 year old a set of vampire teeth. The comics looked great but the best part for me was there were tables set up in the back. almost like they were waiting for that next game to start. Stores like these are important especially in a place like this. all in all it was a natural 20 experience.”

“Went in there yesterday and looked through the vintage books. The prices were crazy high. Books that are selling for $30-$40 on eBay priced over $100. I understand there’s lots of overhead for a store but why would you expect your customers to pay double or triple of fair market value. Maybe they just price the vintage stuff really high, never looked at anything other than the vintage.”
