“Back in April I purchased an Xbox 360 slim from cave gamers store I very excited about having a Xbox game to play my favorite games, brought home, hooked up played perfect but couldn't save game progress because it didn't have a memory unit, so I called cave gamers store and spoke with Andrew and he did some research and advised me to try a USB flash drive and see if that would work and if it doesn't, call us back and we'll figure it out, so I did and it didn't work, called and Andrew said to bring it in so we can look at it and figure it out, yesterday, June 8th I took it in and one of the staff members installed a memory unit inside the my Xbox player and said we're sorry about the inconvenience that I experienced in regards to not being able to save my gaming progress, to make long story short I can now save my game progress any time that I need to and don't have to start all over from 1st stage of any game I play thanks to my new favorite video game expertise in the video game field, I want to thank them in all regards from point of sell to point of service, these guys went above and beyond in making sure that i receive the help that I needed to be able enjoy playing my Xbox and entertain myself when I need to Thank you for your efforts and you guys gained a for ever 100% satisfied customer and rest assured that I'll be thinking of you guys when ever gaming expertise comes to mind, wish you alot of success in your venture to gain a huge customer base for your business Sincerely yours Rick”
