“I would like to say the first time going into their shop it was very welcoming and had no problems whatsoever. My husband and I decided to go back so he could trade for a certain card he wanted that was later come to find out was way above over market. That is our mistake not realizing it at the time so a few days ago we went back to see if we could get his one card back he traded for said card that was above market. Was told the owner wasn't in no big deal he sat my husband’s card back with no issue and the man that was working at the time took pictures of the cards my husband wanted to return but couldn't due to the owner Dustin not being there. My husband and sister-in-law went back today to speak to Dustin and my husband explained what was going on and was introduced to hostility. Due to the hostility my husband told Dustin “Look I could've came up in here cussing and wanting to cause problems but I didn’t I simply want to return your cards for my single card back.” Only to be introduced with Dustin saying “If you did come in cussing and wanting to start anything you would've been introduced with a fist to the face. Ive been doing this 28 years you just want you card back cause its gone up to 500 dollars.” Needless to say Dustin and whoever else works for you I am extremely disappointed and disgusted. This hobby is for fun not for profit. Quit swindling people just so you can make a buck. Good luck with your business and if you want to make threats to customers,I hope you can back up your words cause threats will get the law called on you and that would just look bad on your part. Thank you.”
