“I wanted my Xbox One X Gears 5 special edition console to run even quicker and smoother by replacing the HDD with an SSD, so I looked up on Google maps for a game console repair store near me and found Replay Games! I sent an email and immediately got a response from Christian saying he could do that for me, clean the console, and apply new thermal paste, all for a very reasonable price. When I arrived at the store today he immediately started taking my console apart while I was taking a look at the amazing selection of games he has. I asked if he could show me when my console was taken apart so I could take a pic and he went above and beyond. Christian was so wonderful that he would call me over and show me what it looked like step by step along the way, letting me take multiple pictures, and explaining to me the parts in detail. He made it so exciting to see my console in a way I have never before, and he even had me participate with him in the process by having me apply the new thermal paste! I had so much fun hanging out with him while he worked on my console out on the floor for everyone to see. I love the transparency and grateful to him for including me. I also picked up a handful of games. Christian aka Skylar was so helpful, fun, and such a blessing for me.
