“About two months ago I went into the store for the first time. He was currently rebuilding due to water damage and didn’t have much available. I saw a card I loved and had been searching for and bought it without doing my due diligence. A found out recently it was fake and was able to replace it with a real card pretty quickly. I took them both in and spoke with scruffy about it, not looking for anything out of him but just to make him aware. He would not let me leave without making it right. I told him I didn’t want anything but he insisted and I ended up finding an another card I had been wanting. It was $10 more than the original and I had told him I wanted to pay the difference and he said not to worry about it. I felt bad because again I didn’t want anything more than to educate so I talked him into letting me pay the difference. It was a great and respectful interaction and I hope to have more in the future.”
