“Trisha is a saint in our eyes. We have been on the hunt for a rhea rippley cardboard cutout for months and after all of our searching all it took was one call and the help of a very caring and kind employee named Trisha. By the time we called it was 15 minutes till closing but without hesitation she went above and beyond to store the item for us until the next day. To her it may have been a normal gesture that she probably provides to every customer with out any hesitation but to us it was like she moved mountains. Thanks Trisha my wife and I hope you get the recognition you deserve luckily based on the lore behind Tall Man Comics I imagine you'll get the spot light you deserve”

“I’m proof that billboard ads work! Saw one for Tall Man with a tag line regarding how many Funko’s they had in stock and I just had to see it for myself! It was Funko heaven! Every where I looked more and more well laid out sections with hundreds of Funko’s! It was amazing. Prices were great, of course I walked out with armfuls (as is my wont)! Friendly staff as well makes this a new place I have to visit every time I go through Knoxville.”

“The true test of a company's ability to outshine isn't when everything is going 100% well, it's when mistakes are made. After a week of not receiving my item I reached out to ask when I could expect it to arrive since it was marked as delivering today. They told me they had no idea about this order and blamed it on the Shopify app which is weird because I ordered it directly from their website which listed as available and in stock. In order to make this right, the company did absolutely nothing, barely an apology. As a former manager I find this work ethic to be deplorable and I will never do business with this company again, they don't even know what they have in stock, but they take your money anyway. Poor managinand poor customer service, blaming it on the other guy.”
