“This was the first place I ever stopped at in Memphis, and Tennessee in general. I came here 2 weeks ago and this place is phenomenal! If you want a true comic book store, an OG store, this is the place to go. I’m a fan of back issues and they have a TON and not to mention how amazing their prices are! Dollar comic boxes and shelves, 50 cent boxes 🤯. And the grade on these books are pretty good too. I can’t get this selection and pricing in my hometown DC. I was welcomed by Shannon when I walked in. He walked me through the entire store, and how to find whatever I’m interested in. He even gave me a wheeled stool to sift thru low boxes. The young lady at the checkout counter was really nice as well. I ended up making two trips here during my visit to Memphis, bought around 60 comics and spent under $150. I wish I had more time to visit 901 comics east but time was short. Long story short, this place is awesome.”

“The selection that have is amazing. They have a large collection of graphic novels, comics, manga, and other merchandise across multiple different genres. They have a lot of deals with their selection. I personally looked at all their used graphic novels and purchased one of the graphic novels. I would definitely recommend for anyone interested in the sort. They even have signed graphic novels and comics.”

“Me and my college friends came to Memphis on a school trip. Mr. Shannon welcomed us in and was very energetic and friendly! One of us bought lots and lots of comics and Shannon gave him a great deal for all of them! And, we talked about where to eat, places to visit, and our backstories. After we left, he found us and gave us a gift as well!!! Definitely recommend this place to others for a lil stop around Memphis when coming to visit!”
