“I get that shops are limited by the amount of foot traffic and customers coming in and purchasing, but that's also predicated on having a good reputation and treating anyone coming into the store with dignity and respect. Im afraid that Juniors did not feel very respectful in that they advertised that they would run a card tournament with specific prizes, but on the day of the event the shop did not run the tournament. This breaks my trust as a consumer and makes me not want to purchase other products from them.”
