“I’ve read through some of the other reviews, and honestly, I think a few of them are a bit unfair. In my experience, Trading Card World in Dallas has very competitive pricing. Like any card shop, some items are going to be priced a little higher and some a little lower, but overall I’ve consistently found their NBA and UFC hobby boxes to be the lowest priced in the DFW area. I’ve definitely compared prices, and they’ve come out on top more than once. What really sets this place apart is the customer service and the overall vibe. This isn’t a grab-and-go, purely transactional shop. It’s more relationship-based. You go in, you talk cards, you get to know the staff, and they actually take the time to help you out. That goes a long way in this hobby. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. They’re always willing to answer questions, share insight, and they consistently have new inventory coming in. You can tell they genuinely care about both the hobby and their customers. I have no affiliation with the store at all. This is just my honest experience after visiting at least a dozen times. Based on that, I think it’s a great shop with a great group of people, and the one-star reviews don’t line up with what I’ve personally experienced. Overall, it’s a great experience, and it’s one of those places where, if you’re into the hobby, you naturally keep going back. Over time it starts to feel like a privately owned restaurant where they know you, remember you, and you actually enjoy stopping in. I’d absolutely recommend Trading Card World in Dallas to anyone into sports cards or collectibles.”
