“The last two times I have been here I have been overcharged. I bought a collector pack marvel $49.99, murders of karlov manor collector $24.99, some singles totaling $13.56 but my total was $103.74. Even with city tax the total doesn't add up. I am not buying from here anymore and I suggest people don't without them showing you proof on the receipt of the breakdown. They also overcharge more than TCG. *Edit: I received a text message from Sun City Games regarding this particular visit. They did state there was an error on the Murders of Karlov Manor collector booster packs in the system and it did not take the updated price. They refunded the $8.78 in store credit I was over charged. I appreciate them attempting to make it right however, my previous statement said I was not going to be shopping there anymore and now I have to go back to either spend it or have it physically refunded which is an inconvenience now. I'll be going back specifically for the refund but that's not totally right either.”

“I had an absolutely terrible experience at this store. From the moment we walked in, we were completely ignored. The staff didn't even bother to greet us or acknowledge our existence, even though we were clearly browsing and looking at products to buy. Not only is everything ridiculously overpriced, but it’s incredibly frustrating to watch the employees prioritize chatting with their friends over actually doing their jobs and helping paying customers. Save your time and money, and go somewhere that actually values your business.”
