“I'm beyond happy with this store and team, I play/collect Gundam and Onepiece. And most card shops at launch will make up their prices to be greedy but Galactic is not them and they support their community! I preorder a case of Gundam set 04 cause I saw via Facebook that at launch they were holding true to MSRP and they did! They are not a close store for me but I will always support those that support their clientele.. so on that note even tho this place is a drive for me you bet I'll be looking to join some of their card nights as well as return as a paying customer who plays/collects!”

“The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout my visit. They answered my questions about the trading card singles, were welcoming while I browsed the store, and the staff running the tournament were friendly as well. Customer service was not an issue during my visit. My only complaints were with the OP-16 prerelease tournament. To be fair, this is the only event I’ve attended at this store, so this review is based solely on that experience. The entry fee was $40 instead of the typical $30. After the initial six packs used for deck building, there were no participation packs or prize packs awarded, even for players who won matches. We also did not receive any promo packs beyond the prerelease leader pack. At the end of the event, the store raffled off promo packs and judge packs, which felt unusual given the lack of participation or prize support, especially considering the higher entry fee. They also offered additional packs for $35 per six-pack bundle, which is still above MSRP, while noting that the price would increase after release day. I drove from Dallas specifically to attend this prerelease, so I left disappointed. I appreciate the store for hosting the event, and the staff made the experience as enjoyable as they could. However, the combination of the higher entry fee, limited prize support, and above-MSRP sealed product left me feeling like the event offered poor value compared to other optcg prereleases I’ve attended. For those reasons, I probably won’t be returning for future events.”
