“Ok full disclosure I've been a customer of Bedrock since HS , back when they had the one small location on Westeimer But i moved so for the past yrs this location has been my go to and they NEVER disappoint They always go out of their way to help find or suggest or remind you of what's coming I felt bad for the team that they stay so late last night but even after a full day the attitude did not change Jess still helped me find something that I was looking for and called then and there to have it shipped to their location for me Erica reminded me that I had already purchased something and thus saved me money and Chuck didn't draw my raffle tix but it was still nice to see him Personally Bedrock has always been hands down the best If you missed something just give them a call , these bloodhounds will find it They haved Customer Appreciation this day and it was very nice Thanks again guys”

Even while busy checking new products in they had time for questions and to chat taking time to help me find me the items I was looking for they did stock and going so far as to look up where I could find or possibly find items Bedrock itself didn't stock. Fantastically organized into clearly defined sections. Even with my questions and looking around I was able to get in and out in under 20 minutes”
