I’m pretty new to the trading card world, and he took the time to explain things and answer all my questions without making me feel overwhelmed. Pricing-wise, it wasn't too bad for the items I was looking at. You might pay a slight premium compared to smaller or private sellers, but you have to balance it with the huge inventory, the nice storefront, and the fact that they have plenty of helpful staff on hand.
