“We hadn’t been here before so we called ahead of time to ask what their Pokemon singles stock looked like to which they guy said he was pricing a fresh batch and that he’d be done after a few hours. We gave ample time by shopping around and having dinner then later going out to this place. Upon arriving we were greeted, but when we asked if their sparse case was all they had (we were confused and thought there would be more) the guy pulled out a box and started stocking them which we thought should’ve already been done given how much time had passed. It was a bit awkward waiting and watching the cards being put into the display pages- some cards were sleeveless and put in multiples in one slot which is suuuper icky. The card in my video is one of those cards and we didn’t notice until later that it is scuffed horribly due to the lack of care in handling it. The store overall is a mess and VERY unorganized. Customer service could be improved for sure. That being said, their prices are excellent and they had great variety. I was working on a nine-piece page and after a week straight of looking at other shops and not finding the last card I needed, we found it the second the guy pulled out the box of cards to stock which made my night. I really want to update this review to 5 stars, but the store needs to make changes. Take care of your shop, your cards, and be professional/friendly, that’s all it takes. We’ll give this place another chance and I do recommend it for hunting singles, but I’d also suggest to thoroughly check the cards in the light for scuffs.”
