“Staff was very very nice! The woman doing my trade in was very nice and explained how their shop works, etc! (I think her name was Lilly?) I’ve been to multiple card shops! I’m a regular at multiple plus work at one lol. The guy over the phone was very nice and even took a look my yu-gi-oh (even though he said they don’t buy them LOL) Only four stars because pricing on sealed pokemon was INSANE. The brilliant stars ETB was priced at $200. Meanwhile it’s around $160-170 on TCGplayer, while bringing it up to the guy. He said he can’t change the prices, apparently corporate does it (understandable that it’s not his problem. I totally get it.) Only boomerang comics to exist and yet it’s corporate owned does not make sense. Store is great, employees are super super nice. -1 star for cooperate apparently wanting to scam lol”
