“Stormcrow Games is easily the best hobby store I have ever shopped at. It is clear that the owners and employees care about growing and supporting the local gaming community, not just running a business. They volunteer at local events, host a wide variety of activities, and provide a safe and welcoming place for people to shop, play, and enjoy the hobby. The store carries an impressive amount of stock at fair prices. Its customer rewards program offers a meaningful discount after you have spent a certain amount, which is a nice benefit for regular customers. There are also numerous gaming tables and a large selection of terrain available to use at no charge. The staff works hard to maintain an atmosphere that is comfortable and enjoyable for everyone while handling inappropriate behavior fairly and professionally. My own experiences with preorders have always been positive. I have preordered multiple products over the years without any issues. On occasions when I could not make it to the store when an item arrived, the staff held it for me after I contacted them and let them know when I would be in to purchase it. I also appreciate that the employees allow customers to browse without hovering or pressuring them to make a purchase. At the same time, whenever I have needed assistance, everyone has gone above and beyond to help. Stormcrow Games combines a great selection, fair pricing, excellent facilities, and genuine investment in the community. I cannot recommend it highly enough.”
