I didn't have to do anything, but name the cards I needed, where sometimes you go in a shop and they tell you they don't have it, and kick you out with dead stares. Here you will feel cared. Michael went above and beyond to help us find the cards we needed. Thanks to his help, we’re now only 14 cards away from completing the set! The selection, customer service, and overall experience were outstanding. We’ll definitely be back soon to start working on our next Master Set. “Came in for the first time to a packed game space, people having fun and the workers working their butt off to make sure players had a good time. Great selection of game items and singles for all the card games you love. Some dislike kiosk systems however i love stores that take time to make the players life easier by cataloging every bulk card. I found the ordering system very intuitive and after placing my order i left. I returned 15 minutes before they closed the same evening just to check if my order was pulled, Michael at the front told me they had not done so just yet but he had enough time to look through and find my cards. Excellent customer service even with only 15 minutes left in the night. Cant wait to use their game space!”

“It’s convenient as it’s one of the only card shops in the area (well The Hive does exist now…), it has a good variety of singles and product in terms of Pokemon. However, all prices are almost all way above market, singles aren’t priced so you have to ask about every single one so they can look it up, and if you’re a women, some of the staff treat you like you have no idea what you’re doing… 🫠 It’s always an awkward experience there honestly. I’ve been going there for months but after my most recent visit, I’m officially done.”
