“Update! Received a full refund and was also informed I was in fact overcharged on the figure. The worker was very polite and helpful. I would recommend going here however be sure to inspect your item if you are not purchasing in box. Or alternatively I would recommend the employees to watch out for these in the future please!! Original (2 stars): As I enjoyed the store and the prices were fine, I was unfortunately sold a faulty figure. This morning I purchased a miku figure and noticed it seemed a little wobbly after I bought it. My mistake there was not returning it. Shortly after making it to my home, the ankle (where the wobble was) snapped off. I would hope that a shop like this would do better at inspecting for issues like that, and if they did know about it, then why did I have to buy it for full price? Very disappointed. Only hoping I can manage to repair the figure at this point.”

“The shop was amazing & had a decent selection, mainly popular animes but still good & just below or at retail price, anyone who said it’s expensive doesn’t actually know pricing but SOME of the figures were a little pricy. I’d say it’s fair enough & the girls there were super nice & helpful when I went, two of them offered help & checked up on me a few times ^_^ that one guy was definitely a bummer though”

“Came in today and had a great experience! The shop had a wide selection of plushies, card packs, figurines, models, and blind boxes. I had a digital gift card and there was a slight snafu in getting it registered in their system, but the employees were incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!”

“Terrible customer service. My daughter kept looking at the plushies they had up over their heads and no one would ask if we needed help looking at the plushies. Given the price they are you would think people would be eager to sell them quick but nope. My son wanted to purchase a pack of Pokemon cards as well and they kept pushing him to buy the packs out of the booster box but my son wanted a sleeved pack. I wonder why they were pushing so hard to sell the booster box packs? I won’t be going back to this place you need to train your people to help everyone in the store at all times!! That’s what they get paid for to sell your items it amazes me how your employees don’t care at all. For a small business this should be something you look into. You’re welcome for the free advice too bad you lost a great customer forever. Someone actually willing to spend on your ridiculous prices. Good luck. Edit: sorry for my honesty but after reading more of your reviews it seems I’m not the only one with this issue. I never said I went in today. You know customers are allowed to review your business even after they have visited. My visit was more than a month ago I just don’t want your employees messing with me or my family therefore they do not remember who I am. Fix your issues and stop saying we are fake reviewing you because none of my reviews are fake.”
