“I can’t say enough great things about Travis! Every time I come into the store, he goes above and beyond to help me. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and honestly seems to know everything there is to know about Pokémon. One experience really stood out to me. I drove about 40 minutes I was looking for any cute cards really. . When I arrived, I was the only customer in the store, but unfortunately the employee who was there wasn’t interested in helping me, even though she wasn’t busy (I was the only one at the store) I was disappointed and felt like I had made the 40 min. drive for nothing. Then Travis walked in. He was on his break with food in his hand, but the moment he saw me, he greeted me with a smile, set his food aside, and immediately started helping me search for the cards I was looking for. He never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help completely turned my experience around. Because of the outstanding service Travis provided, I ended up leaving with nearly $150 worth of Pokémon cards and he sold me a binder. After Employees like him are the reason customers come back. He truly cares about helping people, and it shows. If you visit this store, I highly recommend asking for Travis—you won’t be disappointed!”

“Absolute horrible experience here, no one inside the shop when I called ahead asking to bring in some cards to possibly sell. I had two sealed packs from fossil and jungle and they offered me $70 for BOTH. Do NOT get your cards assessed here and do NOT sell to them unless you’ve done your research. They will try to scam you. Absolutely rude when I tried to tell them that market prices on TCG player and price charting were no where near the measly amounts they offered. Steer clear of this place if you’re looking to sell your collection, all they see is dollar signs when you walk in.”

“I would avoid buying raw cards from this establishment unless you’re an expert at card conditioning/market prices. If you don’t know what you’re doing, they will sell you (or worse, one of your loved ones) Moderately/Heavily played cards at Near Mint Prices. Either ignorance with pricing on their part or predatory selling practices (most likely the case), this is not a place I would trust sending friends or family to do business with.”
