“Coming from Houston, this place feels like a hidden gem in San Antonio. Awesome place to find all types of cards. Thanks David for the chat! Next time I’m in town, I will definitely bring my cards and I will stick around to buy more! If you’re from out of town searching for a card place - this is the spot.”

“This is a place you go to make memories, enjoy your time, and listen to a fire playlist. This isn’t a store… it’s a Bodega! A place we’re family and community can break bread, rip packs, learn, but most of all make memories. Thanks for making a safe space for the community. Pics of the wild trade journey I took them along with me on accident 🤣”

“If you’re looking to get into any TCG games with friends or family look no further The bodega store and staff are super helpful on helping you figure out what game is best for you. With low prices compared to TCG player and great trade in values here doesn’t feel like a random shop it feels like your own back yard. Family friendly and willing to help. My wife and I have been here several times looking for magic cards to build my deck and they always have great MTG staples. If you wanna have a great time for the love of god go here I promise you won’t regret it”

“5-24-26 Update: I still love this store and Chris, one of the owners is fantastic to talk to. They are now in the same building but up top around the side where the stairs are. The new space is 3x larger and now has tables for trading and playing. If you haven't checked it out, stop by! Stopped by on a whim with low expectations. I figured I'd pop by for a few minutes and then head on with my errands. Boy was I wrong! This is a smaller store, but has really good inventory with a little bit for everyone. They also have some trading cards like Pokemon and Magic the Gathering. I got to talking with one of the owners and it's clear they have a passion for this business. As an added bonus they have a vintage clothing store at the same location also with good stuff there too. They also host a pop up market twice a month. Definitely swing by and look them up on IG for the pop up events!”
