“Went in trying to use a gift card and the originally it showed no balance bc the card was never activated. It was my first time there and had never used it so it had to have a balance on it. The manager went to pin point the transaction and was able to find payment of the gift card. He activated the gift card, added additional credit on the card and offered me his discount. Great customer service and overall first experience. Great shop, I will be back!”
