“Recently in Utah last week and decided to check out some of the local card shops before my surgery. Long story short was very dissatisfied with the older gentleman behind the counter who kept trying to talk over me while he was directing my wife to purchase a secret lair from the store. Come to find out the secret layer did not contain one of the cards that I was trying to figure out was in it and we became very dissatisfied with our experience.. additionally, my wife just felt very unnerved by this gentleman and his rampant need to shove information down our throats. The store was wonderful. Had a bunch of interesting things in it. And seems like a healthy game space for the people in it, but the staff could be better.”
