“I had to leave a review after visiting this place and having a conversation with a man named richard there. i did not buy anything i was in search of a very specific card which led me to richard. This shop screams nastalgia from the early days of card shops. its definetly unorganized and could be cleaned up a little but after conversating i realized that the shop itself had storys to tell. This shop has very good prices on sealed product even beating regular retailers like walmart, best buy, and gamestop. they have a pretty good selection of sports cards and have some tcg stuff but i wanted to leave a review for any tcg player looking for product to rip. Try stopping by this place and checking some of the sealed products for pokemon or magic and youll be suprised on the prices like i was. I questioned how he hadnt sold all of his product because of the prices he had on some of the stuff. Even if you dont buy anything you might have a good coversation with the guy richard. definenlty a home style biz that i like alot, nothing like the corporations or "high class" shop around. thank you.”

“Owner is extremely knowledgeable about the players and the hobby. He is also blunt with you, which-based off some of the other reviews-a few deem as rude. Based off my own experiences, he's just trying to let you know the reality of trying to sell/buy things, but he doesn't soften the blow. The store is A LOT bigger now that he bought the adjacent property, and that's definitely helped with person traffic and air flow and breathing room. He has grab bags he assembles for the kids and donates some cards to worthy organizations. He and I chat all the time, and I've never found him rude or abrasive, just knowledgeable and sharing that knowledge with you in the best way he knows how to put it. My first experiences with this card shop were twenty years ago and I only recently started going back, and I'm glad he's still in business. He gives you a fair price and the tax is factored into the price. So you may see a box priced a little higher at his shop, but since the tax is factored in, it's usually the same price if not cheaper than other places. Awesome guy, awesome store.”

“Dirty, cluttered, and very unprofessional. The store is filthy, many cards are priced way above market value, and the owner has serious anger issues. I tried to negotiate respectfully and was met with hostility. Definitely not a welcoming place, and I will never be back. 👎”

“Seems I've had similar experiences to a lot of other people. Been to the shop a couple times, months apart and inventory looked exact same, just with more clutter. My first visit wasn't abnormal or bad, just isn't a very talkative guy I guess. However went back to see about selling most of my collection which ill admit is majority cheap dollar cards, with a few outliers being worth well more than $20 in current market, if i had to guess you could easily get $150+, i started at $75 as to not sell my self short, and his only and final counter offer was $25, when i started packing up he didn't seem to interested in me even being in the shop anymore.”
