“I honestly did not know this place existed until my kids Nintendo switch decided to stop turning on. They were amazing. I took the switch in to the store and they started looking at it right away. They did a few tests and that’s when they discovered that the motherboard had failed on it around where the processor is. They do a lot of repairs on the switches but said it usually best to buy another used one instead of a repair that costs that much. They were with me for 20 plus minutes and didn’t even charge me anything or try to push me into buying another switch while there. Super impressed by the kindness and the knowledge of the people working there! I will return to buy games in the future. Thanks!”

“I’m late in leaving this review, but the quality of service I received here deserves recognition. Years ago, I brought in my Xbox Series X for an HDMI port repair. Not only was the pricing highly competitive, but the turnaround was incredible—they finished it the same day.The craftsmanship is what truly stands out. Shortly after the repair, the console took a fall; remarkably, the HDMI port didn't budge. The solder work is clearly superior to the original factory build. Beyond the technical expertise, the shop itself is a nostalgic haven for retro gaming fans. I’m planning to bring my son's Switch OLED in for a port replacement soon, as I wouldn't trust anyone else but Numbskull with my hardware.”
