“Can't recommend enough. I went there to see if I could get my old switch lite repaired, the staff were super sweet to me, very helpful and friendly! I wasnt treated like shit or treated differently for being a female gamer, or for being sort of newer to the gaming community or not knowing what I was doing, They just answered my questions and seemed happy to do so. they didnt make me pay upfront for the repair until they were sure weather or not if it could be fixed, and when they weren't able to fix it, they didnt charge me for it! So I let them have it for parts. And the atmosphere was just chill. Nice, Low cortisol atmosphere; no insecure gamers, no creeps, nostalgic, posters on the wall n shit, very normal and peaceful. I was nervous to go there at first because I'd never been, and ive never gotten a console repaired before either. but once I was in there, I was significantly less nervous than I'd been in a Gamestop store. The prices were great too! And also the guy at the desk seemed like a sweetie. 10/10, never going to gamestop again”

“Awesome little store. Absolutely love coming here, albeit not as often as I would like to. The staff are always super friendly, and you can tell they're passionate about the things they're selling. Chris and Jordan truly are a joy to talk to. The 90 day pre-owned warranty is also a huge plus. Very generous, and makes sure the games you buy are working well. Not to mention they have a fantastic selection of repair kits too, ranging from battery kits, to stick kits, and a couple other things too. I wish I had known a little sooner that they have replacement batteries for handhelds, but next time this will be my stop instead of eBay for that. I hear they also do a great job with larger repairs if you bring your console in, but I can't speak on that from personal experience. All in all, if you want a great store to pick up used and new games, with a great selection of older titles, absolutely give Bitjump a visit. You won't regret it!”
