“I was recommended this store by a friend, so my expectations were already high when I get there, but they exceeded what I was told. I took my SNES, original XBOX, and steam deck here to get repaired. Within 5 minutes they were able to diagnose the SNES, able to check in the original Xbox for clock capacitor replacement, but what really surprised me was the steam deck. I was having issues with my left shoulder button that would work about 70% of the time. I did some research on line to see what button I would need to buy an order to replace it, but I realized that my tools and skill set for lacking. When bringing it here they opened it up right on the spot and diagnosed a few things. They offered to just do a diagnosis and a cleaning or to change out the shoulder button. Since it was already open I elected for a full button replacement using the one I brought. They were done in 10 minutes and it now works perfectly! Knowledgeable staff, fair pricing, and extremely friendly, I can't recommend this store enough! They also have a standing arcade that they let you play for free! Definitely will be returning in the future! Update: they had a backlog and quouted a couple of weeks to get working on it but were able to find a window to get it repaired same day! Freaking amazing service!!”
