This is my all time favorite Card shop in the valley. Best bang for your buck, best variety, SICKEST TCG NIGHTS!!! I frequently bring my TCG trade here for store credit. Because, they have THE best options and I don't spend to spend it all immediately. I highly recommend this place, a can't say enough good things about it. GUNDAM!

If I could give a four and a half i would. I just can’t give it five stars. Two big reasons being 1. It truly has declined since it just opened. I used to come with a friend after school during my junior year of Highschool. The staff, and environment was fantastic. It doesn’t feel as warm, or welcoming as it used to be. I also feel that they treat regulars better, but maybe im perceiving something that isnt true. I don’t want to undermine how much I still love this store. I highly recommend it. I love going in. I just think their “improvements” have just been a decline in quality. I also miss the old employees, but Theres nothing you can really do about that one. I just knew the old ones so well, and now it’s hard to reconnect with new people. Thats not their fault at all. I’m just pointing it out, because I said I feel they treat regulars better. It might not even be that. It might just be that I miss how the store was, or I miss the connection i had with previous employees that I don’t have now. Which is not to any fault of the employees. I also don’t love the selling system they have set up. There are better places to sell high value cards. I think their policy is a bit ridiculous, but once again that is to no fault of the employees. Honestly, might just be another thing that only i have a problem with. It’s not a big deal at all. I know it sounds like im complaining, but I really don’t mean to. I absolutely adore this store. I love coming in to play Pokemon, or D&D, and what not. I love their amazing card selection. I think everything they have is reasonably priced for what you get. They have a wide variety as well. Of course Theres some things I wish they had, but you run into that at any store you go to. I adore it here, and I hope you guys can keep up the amazing work!

Edit: Owner had thoughtful response. We’ve had great experience almost every other time. Upgrading to 4 star to represent the full experience. Original review: This place was cool but lately they have become rude. When you call in to ask a simple question and they are short and very vague. They act like you are inconveniencing them. Sad to see a shop change so drastically. It feels like if you aren't a regular then you are seen as an outsider. I've purchased many display boxes from them (Pokemon, Lorcana, etc.). Now I guess they don’t sell them anymore. I’m sure it’s to combat scalpers, which is great, but you don’t have to be rude when you tell us you don’t. We thought we could buy one because every other time we could. You could have simply said you no longer do and tell us why. Rather than treating us like we just asked to do a horrible thing. Also, sorry for asking a question while you were opening packs with your buddy. Hate to get in the way. We drive an hour round trip to purchase from a local shop. Amazon will do from now on.
